We are paid commission directly from land developers and building groups on property sales under our real estate licence.

Turnkey investment packages are competitively priced, and easily comparable in the open market.

There is no difference in price between local, interstate or overseas, the list price is uniform to all potential buyers.

Turnkey investor packages are fixed price with the developer assuming all risks to completion. 

Our business is independent, we advocate  direct property investments and source stock from a range of land developers across Australia.

We do not offer financial service advice for a fee. We have accreditation in RG 146 compliance to provide general investment advice. We recommend you seek independent financial advice prior to entering any property transaction.  Clients are free to use their own financiers to obtain loans. We have referral agreements in place with financiers we are comfortable to recommend.

We are not involved in syndicated investment structures. This is a complex investment and reserved for sophisticated investors and promoters of considerable experience operating under an Australian Financial Services Licence.

We do not upsell into training programs or ask for subscribers. We  serve one side in the transaction as a matter of good business ethics, and provide service assistance and support in a general capacity. We encourage all investors to perform their own due diligence.

We have been serving clients for more than twenty years across all forms of direct property investment. Our Australian Government relies heavily on the private sector to provide affordable housing to the 1 in 3 people who rent.  Australia has the most generous tax incentives in the world, and despite the political rumblings around these favourable policies, the reality is our goverments would prefer a wider pool of self funded retirees as opposed to a larger pool of dependents. It promotes a fair go all that are willing to take on investment risk and contribute to private residential housing stock supply. This extends to non-residents that are permitted to purchase new home constructions as a principal  place of residence or as an investment.
